Müller – Die lila Logistik Deutschland GmbH provides sophisticated logistics services for customers of diverse industries. Repeatedly, the logistics service provider in the automotive area relies on the logistics software solutions of inconso AG, which employs the warehouse management system inconsoWMS Automotive for a current order planned in Poland.

Located in Gliwice, Poland (in Upper Silesia), the system is used for various production supply processes of a well-known, global car manufacturer. First, the production and completion of finished wheels and the associated sequential inbound delivery take place at the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) assembly site. In the second process, Müller – Die lila Logistik AG takes over the assembly and completion of vehicle doors and their on-time delivery.

inconsoWMS Automotive supports production and assembly with a comprehensive view of all stocks, detailed BOMs and all GR/GI processes at the site. Moreover, the industry-specific system functions create increased transparency in the time-sensitive processing of inbound deliveries, i.e. Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS).

Müller – Die lila Logistik AG develops holistic logistics solutions that are tailored to the customer in nearly all industries. About 1,600 employees work at over 20 operational sites in Europe. In March 2016, Müller ─ Die lila Logistik AG received its sixth “Supplier of the Year” award from General Motors.
